Note that this is a 12 week online program. It's designed to help you lose weight and improve your aerobic conditioning...and it does this very well! The exercises will change and progress every month.

Remember, although the exercises are delivered through the app and it might seem distant and disconnected, you are being trained by a real and experienced trainer (me!) I will have selected the exercises specifically for you based on our initial consultation. I will be tracking your progress and I will be able to track your workout stats and most importantly, I am always available if you have any questions. You are getting the exact same dedication that I provide my 1-on-1 clients

Postural Assessment-Corrective Exercise 

   $75

Takes you through a movement assessment to determine how we can work together to improve your posture, performance and the way your body moves. After the assessment, you will be assigned a corrective exercise program to help you move better by addressing your muscular imbalances. Low-back pain? Shoulder pain? Plantar Faciitis? Corrective exercise can help you get relief from your daily aches and pains.
